- Zone ran continuously from 01 December 2023. Following its early results the client added Helium, an ongoing organic search programme, from 01 October 2024. Helium acts on the hotel website and does not act on the Google Business Profile or Google Maps. Two views therefore isolate Zone and are used below: the first 10 months, which predate Helium entirely, and the Google Maps revenue line across the full 27 months. Source windows and baselines are set out in the notes to each section.
- Public record. The property’s former name is listed across major distribution channels, and both the change of ownership and the subsequent management agreement with the international group were announced publicly in 2022. Identifying detail is withheld in this version of the document.
- Google Trends, search term “hotel”, region New South Wales, Web Search, 01 December 2023 – 28 February 2026, monthly indexed search interest. Publicly reproducible. Figures quoted are calculated from the exported Google Trends data series.
- Google Search Console (the hotel’s own domain), Top Queries, via the OmniHyper dashboard. Clicks, impressions, average position and click-through rate by query. Google retains Search Console performance data for a rolling window only; the figures available for this property cover approximately 01 January 2025 to 28 February 2026. The hotel and its management group have direct access to this property.
- OmniHyper dashboard, hotel account. The dashboard aggregates data from third-party systems and does not itself generate figures. Sources drawn on in this document are Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Rank Tracker, SEMrush and Majestic. Every underlying source is either public or directly accessible to the group and the hotel.
- Rank Tracker keyword rankings, via the OmniHyper dashboard, 37 tracked terms, 01 December 2023 – 28 February 2026. Net position change is the sum of position movements across the portfolio; positions quoted are as at 28 February 2026.
- Google Business Profile Performance export for the hotel, via the OmniHyper dashboard. Retained by Google from approximately January 2025 only. Website clicks resolve to the group’s central booking site and are not captured in Google Analytics. Google’s own reporting, directly accessible to the group.
- Google Analytics 4 (hotel microsite property), Traffic acquisition and Audience reports, 01 December 2023 – 28 February 2026. Absolute volumes only, as no prior-year baseline exists. GA4 measures the microsite on a last-click model.
- Group internal revenue reporting (hotel website + Google Maps), monthly bookings, room nights and net revenue, from the current group reporting workbook. This is the group’s own internal tracking system, not an agency platform. Every figure quoted above reconciles exactly against the underlying monthly series: total direct revenue for the period is the sum of the Hotel Websites series (53.7%) and the Google Maps series (46.3%), and the booking and room-night totals reconcile on the same basis. July 2025 is an outlier month; excluding it, Google Maps indexed at 140 against a pre-engagement monthly average of 100, still 39.6% ahead of the pre-engagement rate. Comparisons are calculated against equivalent preceding periods that predate the engagement: the Zone-only window against December 2022 to September 2023, the first year against December 2022 to November 2023, and the first six months against December 2022 to May 2023. Figures are net.
