Strategic Account Manager for Hotels/Tourism

You’re someone who builds real relationships - not surface-level check-ins or “just touching base”, you take the time to really understand your clients, how their business works and what they’re trying to achieve.

You’re very patient with your clients (but you’re not a doormat!) and you’re great at educating them to get them on your side. You bring them along on the journey with you.

You’re an excellent communicator. While you have quite a technical/strategic mind, you’re great at translating that into simple & understandable language for your clients so they feel completely in the loop.

You are also skilled at being the conduit between the technical delivery team & the client - keeping the relationships smooth & calm.

You’re a really strategic person - you’re always looking ahead to what is coming next - innovations, AI, industry trends etc, and sharpening your skills/knowledge. You’re not scared of AI - you’re excited by it and want to learn everything you can and ride this new wave of evolution in business.

You are commercially minded & you love the challenges of marketing - tweaking what isn’t working, driving results and tracking campaign performance & ROI - and reporting that back to your clients. You love seeing your clients WIN.

You’ve had exposure to and have a passion for the Hotels & tourism industry. You understand it & can talk that language.

At OmniHyper, we work with hotels and hospitality groups to grow their direct revenue through digital strategy, search and emerging AI technologies.

We’ve built strong products and delivered great results - but we see an opportunity to go even further. We don’t yet have a dedicated, strategic Account Manager. This is where you come in.

With your help, retention will increase, clients will feel better cared for and better educated on what is happening. It will also allow the sales team to have a greater focus on sales and in turn, allow the business to keep growing.

This role is key to the company's strategy & next stage of success.

The role is full-time, 8:30-5 and the office is in North Sydney (with some WFH flexibility once grooved in).
